This economic e-dictionary application is made concisely, attractive and easy to use. This e-dictionary application is used as a medium to make it easier for students to understand terms in economics that are often appear in the learning process that is difficult for students to understand. The development model in this study is the ADDIE model</em><em>. </em><em>The results of the research that has been carried out by researchers are known that the learning media of the Android-based economic e-dictionary application is declared suitable for use.Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the media display was 93% so that it was declared Very Strong or Valid, and the results of the language obtained a percentage of 94% so that it was declared Very Strong or Valid. Then the results of the presentation of the material get a percentage of 95% so that it is declared Very Strong or Valid. Furthermore, the results of the students' responses were 91% and were stated to be very practical. One of the strategi that can be used to support IKM is creative and entrepreneurial projects (PKK) by e-commerce Marketplace. E-commerce is a process of buying and selling products electronically. Marketplace is one of the models of e-commerce. Based on interviews with several PKK teacher’s in Banten, implementation of the PKK that has been carried out is only handicraft or culinary whose marketing is only up to bazaars and social media. PKK is oriented to students as a provision of self-ability to enter the workforce or entrepreneurship after graduated. Eventhough the implentation of the PKK by marketplace is very possible for students when school already have income. This study is expected to be students can use Smartphone for entrepreneurship, an alternative of PKK impelentation options on the independent curriculum, consideration materials for performing other steps in the development of student entrepreneurship and Empower MSMEs. This research method is a Project Based Learning Approach. Learning syntax are: Project planning, project implementation, project completion/reflection, and evaluation. The implementation of the PKK by marketplace is not difficult. The advice for the development of PKK implementation by marketplace are: 1. because the output is students can already generate income from online stores, then this PKK must be implemented since class XI. 2. The results of the pre- survey on teachers and students of SMA Negeri 5 Metro are known that the use of learning media is less attractive and learning models are less varied, thereby reducing students' interest in learning. So we need learning media that can be used anytime and anywhere for all students and also to keep up with technological developments. The purpose of this development is to produce an interactive learning video assisted by the Wondershare Filmora application as a medium of economic learning in the valid and practical class XI unemployment material at SMA Negeri 5 Metro. The development model used is ADDIE which includes: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that interactive learning videos assisted by the Wondershare Filmora application as an economic learning medium were feasible to be used in the learning process. The results of the validation by media experts obtained a percentage of 98.57% with very strong criteria, material experts obtained a percentage of 97.14% with very strong criteria. The results of product trials to students obtained a percentage of 96.2% with very strong criteria. This research was a research development or Research and Development (R&amp;D) using the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The validation stage involves 2 subjects, namely media experts and material experts who were involved to assess the feasibility of the material, the design of the E-LKPD and the feasibility of the media. The feasibility assessment by experts used a validation sheet. The trial phase involved 18 students to measure the practicality of the responses of students in class X IPS 2 at High School SMA Negeri 5 Metro.</em> <em>The results showed that the learning media for Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) using Web Liveworksheets was appropriate to be used as a learning medium for economics subjects in class X Social Sciences SMA Negeri 5 Metro. This can be seen from the validation of material experts by 97.2%, media experts by 91%, and student responses by 92%. The research method is descriptive qualitative, in the form of observed symptoms when students take lessons in entrepreneurship courses and study literature from various relevant references by explaining theories related to titles, which are obtained from journals, documentation books, and the internet. The research subjects were Economic Education students who took entrepreneurship courses at the University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo with data collection techniques conducted by observing and interviewing online to prevent transmission, carried out in December 2021. To see the weaknesses of the advantages of opportunities and threats in learning using SWOT analysis. STKIP PGRI Lumajang as an educational institution through the Economics Education Study Program has programmed several activities so that students have the ability to create new businesses. The purpose of this study was to see to what extent the effectiveness of the bazaar could lead to self-confidence and form student entrepreneurship interest starting through college. Informants in this study were students of Economic Education Class 2019, Head of Study Program and all Economic Education lecturers at STKIP PGRI Lumajang. The research method uses a qualitative with a narrative approach.The results of the analysis show that most of the students of the Economics Education Study Program are able to provide descriptions related to entrepreneurship. The mindset of having an independent business little by little is able to be owned by students through entrepreneurship courses. Bazaar activities which are held internally are actually able to provide fresh air to students in increasing interest and motivation so that their confidence in their potential can be channeled properly.With the findings of this research, the researcher hopes that the research results can be used as a reference for the development of the field of entrepreneurship. Likewise with the birth of an Merdeka curriculum. The Merdeka curriculum is here to overcome learning loss that occurred due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. An Merdeka curriculum gives freedom to educators/teachers and students/students in carrying out the learning process. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The results obtained are that: 1) the urgency of implementing an Merdeka curriculum at the elementary school level apart from the recovery factor from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, with an Merdeka curriculum aimed at enabling students to develop. Android is the most friendly application for students as Y generation at this millennium era. A software name iSpring Suite was developed as a learning media of economic because it can educationally attract the students and build the enthusiasm to study. This research aimed to develop an android program with Software iSpring Suite which is valid and practically use. Development method that was used is ADDIE framework with its five original phases Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results are, the data analyzed tested by the material expert showed a percentage of 86% and the data analyzed tested by the media expert showed in the 87%. Both are included in the very feasible category. Next step is practicality test to the students gain average score at 92,2% included in very practice category. Based on the data analyze results, it can be concluded that android application with software ispring suite as an instructional media of economic is valid and practice to be used in learning process. The researcher developed the Student Worksheet (LKPD) Illustrated Based on a Scientific Approach that was valid and practically used by students. Illustrated Student Worksheet (LKPD) Based on Scientific Approach can help students learn independently and be more active and be able to express their opinions throughout the learning process.</em> <em>Illustrated Student Worksheet (LKPD) Based on Scientific Approach uses ADDIE development model, which consists of five phases, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Implementation, Evaluation. Based on the results of the development of the Illustrated Student Worksheet (LKPD) Based on the Scientific Approach it is known that the results of the design expert assessment analysis were 83% included in the very valid criteria to be used and the analysis of the material expert judgment was 86% included in the very valid criteria. In a small group trial the results of the analysis of the practicality of the product by students is 83% into very practical criteria used. The low performance of employees at PT. Bima Multi Finance is one of the problems in achieving the company's targets. This study aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishments on employee performance at PT. Bima Multi Finance, Metro City. The nature of the research is quantitative and the data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation and interviews, questionnaires. In this study, the analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test for normality and hypothesis testing to determine the relationship between the two, namely the dependent and independent variables. Based on the results of the regression test, the results were (Y = 23.822 + 0.629 X1 + 0.347 X2 - 0.007 X1X2) and the t test results (X1) t count was 1.699 greater than t table of 1.670, while (X2) t count was 1.879 greater than t table of 1,670. Reward and Punishment have a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the changes that occur in Rewards and Punishment will affect employee performance. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the factors that affect student learning outcomes. </em><em>This research is quantitative research with the type of field research, with internal factors and external factors as independent variables and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. With the technique of determining the sample is simple random sampling, as many as 56 students of class X in SMA Negeri 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah. As a measurement tool used 45 questionnaire items with Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study using the t test (partial) showed the value of the influence of internal factors on learning outcomes, namely tcount&gt; ttable (6,996&gt; 1,675), and the value of the influence of external factors on learning outcomes, namely tcount&gt; ttable (4,019&gt; 1,675). While the f test (simultaneous) shows the value of the influence of internal factors and external factors simultaneously on learning outcomes, namely fcount&gt; ftabel (83,767 &gt; 3,09).
