Abstract

Based on the findings in the field, the researcher found that the school environmental factors and physiological factors of all students were in good condition, but the learning outcomes of students on the semester exams were still incomplete. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the factors that affect student learning outcomes. This research is quantitative research with the type of field research, with internal factors and external factors as independent variables and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. With the technique of determining the sample is simple random sampling, as many as 56 students of class X in SMA Negeri 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah. As a measurement tool used 45 questionnaire items with Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study using the t test (partial) showed the value of the influence of internal factors on learning outcomes, namely tcount> ttable (6,996> 1,675), and the value of the influence of external factors on learning outcomes, namely tcount> ttable (4,019> 1,675). While the f test (simultaneous) shows the value of the influence of internal factors and external factors simultaneously on learning outcomes, namely fcount> ftabel (83,767 > 3,09). From the calculation of the R square value, the ability of the independent variables to explain the variants of the related variables was 74.2%, means that internal factors and external factors give 74,2% influence for learning outcomes
